WENDY WILLAIMS received her B.Mus. in music therapy and vocal performance from Oberlin College Conservatory in 1989. She has been a licensed Kindermusik educator since 1996, and has several times been named a Kindermusik Maestro studio. She was a pilot educator for the Imagine That curricula for Kindermusik International, and has been a contract member of the creative team for new curriculum development, as the lead author of two Kindermusik Adventures curricula– Peekaboo, I Love You! and Zoo Train! For the past year, Wendy has proudly served as the New York State representative for the Partnership of Kindermusik Educators. Her credentials as both an educator and as a music therapist have led her to be a respected guest speaker live, on television, and in print. Most recently, she was a featured presenter on teaching the Our Time curriculum at Kindermusik’s 2008 International Convention in Raleigh , NC . Wendy brings a broad background in theater, storytelling, dance, and curriculum design to her teaching, as well as her personal experience as mother to three busy, musical sons, Collin, Brannon, and Owen, all of whom are Kindermusik graduates.
