Imagine families around the world playing with their babies and watching them grow! (18 mos. to 4 yrs.)

All aboard for a musical zoo! What excitement to see the lion, elephant, kangaroo, and penguin, hear their sounds, ride the train around the park, and maybe take a ride on the bright carousel on a summer day. The zoo is a true multisensory experience for young children, and is one of the truly classic family activities. Zoo Train was designed to capture that experience, drawing on the movements, sights, and sounds of the animals at the zoo to inspire musical experiences and the beginnings of imaginary play. Play instruments, sing, dance, move, share a story and more with your child this summer. Wear long white socks on your polar bear paws, play with a ball like a seal in the sea, and bring along a stuffed friend on petting zoo day! Each lesson features a daily concept theme, which is developed in the context of the animals you will meet that day. Home materials are included to bring the class experience to life at home, or on a trip to your local zoo! They include a professionally recorded CD of the unit’s music, a specially designed story book, an animal shaped shaker, and a poster of ideas and information for home play.
