What better way to have fun with your child this summer
than sharing a special Kindermusik summer camp?
Our Play List has all the best summer music for you and your child! No matter what else your summer holds, we have classes that are just the right fit… 4, 5, or 8 week sessions with levels for ages newborn through seven years, family classes for you and your children all together, one week camps for your school age child 5-7 years old, and single-class musical playdates with special themes spread throughout! What better way to make your summertime with your child special than singing, playing, dancing, and laughing together in Kindermusik summer programs?
Every class, every level, includes singing, rhyming, dance and movement, instrumental play, and so much more- books and bubbles for babies, interactive stories for toddlers, and integrated arts experiences for preschoolers and older children. And home materials come with every class so you can bring the music and fun along with you- CDs, instruments, and other special parts designed to compliment your child’s age and the unit’s theme!

4 Week Sessions
Session A (Up in the Sky!) and B (Let’s Play!)- or sign up for both as 8 week session

Session A: Up in the Sky
Grab a scarf or handkerchief and imitate the up and down crouching, reaching, and running associated with flying a kite. Learn activities you can easily incorporate into your day to reinforce our counting and color-learning activities in class. Take a Listening Walk and you’ll help your child learn to love to observe and learn from the world around her.
Session B: Let's Play
All the ways you play—at home, in the school yard, during your family time together—is this unit’s theme. In class we’ll play “Follow the Leader” and other playground games to help your toddler develop listening and singing skills while strengthening movement and hand-eye coordination. In your Home Kit, find more activities, songs, and games you can do together to play and learn at home, too. Home Kit: Mini Tambourine, Home CD, and magazine-style Family Guide (includes the class story Golden Bear)

Set your baby's day to classical music. With a little more Tchaikovsky in your "Twinkle, Twinkle" repertoire discover new ways baby benefits from the classics as you develop an appreciation for the world's most respected music. Each lesson features new activities and songs that the parent can sing for all the places baby and mom go together—the store, the playground, the doctor, and more.
Creature at the Ocean (18mos to 3 1/2 or Family: 0 to 5 years)
Sing sailor songs and make the ocean count. "Five little seashells lying on the shore: Swish! Went the waves and then there were four." Make homemade kites and fish sandwiches using fish-shaped bread and P.B. and J.
On the Road (3 1/2 to 5 years)
Hop in the van and head off on an imaginary road trip with your Kindermusik pals! Sing great old camp songs, play games, visit the beach, the cottage, the campground, and the Fair. This 'traveling camp' will have your pre-schooler imagining, solving problems and learning new words. A great camp for cousins and friends to attend together!
Tell Me a Tale (5 to 7 years)
Love a good story? Step into a world of imagination! From the lush rainforests of Malaysia to a magical underwater kingdom, you'll find an amusing and inspiring cast of characters, a barrel of predicaments, a bucket of lessons and a treasure trove of creative opportunities. Read, rhyme, listen, play, dramatize, sing, dance and create.
